Moraine Plastics Facilities
Our modern 50,000 sq ft purpose-built factory is energy-efficient, and is designed to provide an environment in which lean manufacturing concepts can be implemented and fully realized. The plant has been carefully planned to capture the efficiencies associated with optimized flow of product and materials.
The molding room is air-conditioned and features 22 injection molding machines ranging in size from 55 to 770 clamping tons. All machine bays are equipped with overhead cranes to facilitate setups.
Our jointly owned mold shop is located nearby in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This 30,000 ft² facility provides tooling support for Moraine Plastics.
We build new molds, maintain existing customer molds, procure tools from our established domestic and overseas partners and create jigs, fixtures and inspection gages.
