Class 101–103A molds (up to 1,000,000 shots) use hardened steels like S7, H13, and 420 stainless.

Class 103B–105 molds (500,000 shots) are built with pre-hardened P20 tool steel.

Class 105B molds (25,000 shots) use aluminum for lighter-duty, cost-sensitive runs.
Our mold warranty includes scheduled maintenance and repairs throughout the tool’s expected life, reducing unexpected downtime and total cost of ownership. And if something goes wrong?
