We monitor and publish this number as an indicator of customer satisfaction, and to gage the effectiveness of our product realization processes. Through on-going efforts, over a period of years, we have seen continuous improvement in this important metric and are rapidly approaching our goal of 100% “on-time delivery” of customer orders.

With the recent implementation of a powerful computerized MRP system, we now monitor shop orders, inventories and shipments in real time, and are positioned to fulfill orders according to your wishes and to react quickly to changes in your requirements. In addition, we can support your “just-in-time” requirements with a vendor-managed” or Kanban inventory program, or we can propose an customized fulfillment program that minimizes setup, storage and unit costs while maintaining appropriate inventories for your needs.
